Courtney, is a mom of three girls, a four time Boston Marathoner, running coach and RYT 200 yoga instructor. She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness with others and has an in-depth knowledge of running, yoga, and meditation. Courtney has a master’s degree in Special Education which enables her to connect with a wide audience of runners, yogis, and children. She is a life long learner, always reading up on current practices and looking for new ways to connect and help others. Courtney finds time daily to spend on her mat in order to create space in her head and focus on her mind and body connection. Courtney’s classes will lead you to feel a deep stretch and increased strength both mentally and physically. Each class is carefully planned with a theme interwoven from intention setting, through poses and all the way to savasana. She fosters a community feeling to her classes where everyone has a place and will feel safe and supported. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you will leave Courtney’s classes feeling strength both mentally, physically and feel inspired to integrate space created on the mat into the rest of your life.
