Class Descriptions

At Sweet Balance we offer classes that fit everybody's skill level. Our classes are limited to 15 guests so you can find comfort and space in your practice.

All-levels Yoga

A sweet blend of breath, alignment, flow flexibility, and strength. This is a moderate-vigorous class, with lots of modifications given for both beginner and advanced students. While new students will be developing body awareness and alignment, experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations of postures (asana).

Balanced Body

is perfect for anyone that is looking for an all-in-1 yoga & fitness fusion class. Every class will be different so we can strengthen our ability to welcome change! You will experience an integration of Pilates, Barre, Functional movement and yoga. Strengthen your body, calm your mind and fill your heart with love. Some classes may or may not use props. Great for beginners & all levels. Just do what you can!

Gentle Flow & Restore Yoga

Support your body with a soothing, gentle practice that focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga postures while using the breath to create space in your mind + body. This class is great for beginners or anyone who desires to move ease-fully.

Gentle Yin Yoga Stretch

It's time to slow down, unwind and stretch your stress away. This entire practice is seated and laying down on the floor, guiding you in relieving physical tension, mental overwhelm & emotional distress. You can expect to slip into a deep state of relaxation. Perfect for beginners & anyone who needs to stretch more.

POWERful Yoga 

Turn up your inner heat and melt away tension in this vigorous style practice. You'll sweat, strengthen and flow your stress away. Modifications are always available to guests who'd like to take the practice up or down a notch.

Yoga Basics 

This class provides SIMPLE, BASIC and EASY to FOLLOW instructions. In addition to stretching & strengthening your body-mind, you will learn how to breathe, move mindfully and meditate. Yoga can seem really intimidating but it's truly for everyBODY! Ideal for beginners and all levels to refine their practice.
