Virtual Yoga Nidra | Community Service Fundraiser

Relax, restore, and rejuvenate your body with a one hour Yoga Nidra practice. Known as “yogic sleep”, this restful state between wakefulness and sleep provides the body, mind, and spirit with much-needed restoration. You’ll embark on a journey of the five koshas, traveling through layers of consciousness as you set your Sankalpa, your personal resolve. This one hour practice will leave your mind, body, and spirit feeling connected, peaceful, and refreshed.
This class is a fundraiser for BEAM, the Black Emotional, and Mental Health Collective. The mission of BEAM is to provide and sustain access to emotional health care and healing. You can learn more about this organization beam.community or on Instagram @_beamorg.
Donations can be made via Venmo to Amy (Amy-Kristen-83). A donation of $15 is suggested, though you are welcome to donate any amount. Amy will make the total donation to BEAM on behalf of Sweet Balance Yoga Studio. You may also make a donation without participating in the class. Much love for your support!
