Balance your yoga practice with our full body workout. This is a sustainable, functional, integrated practice designed to strengthen your body, clear your mind and free your soul. This is a no impact class that is accessible to beginner and all fitness levels. Some classes may or may not use props and every class will be different. We want to strengthen our ability to welcome change.

Get excited to lift, tone & sculpt your entire body while increasing your bone density, flexibility and improving your posture. You can expect a boost in your confidence and enhance your emotional wellbeing. 

All of our practices end with LOVING TOUCH based on the instructors comfortability & scope of practice. You can expect to receive 1 or all: gentle massage, positive energy / Reiki, compression and or body work with one of our custom therapeutic grade essential oil blends.

*You may request no touching. We have stones available for you to use on your mat in our props closet to communicate no touching*
