Rock + Roll Workshop
IMAGINE getting a daily MASSAGE? Well, you can! Join Chanelle for this 90-minute workshop where you'll learn how to do a full body massage and pressure point work with the use of tennis/lacrosse balls and foam rolling. You can expect to experience an increase in your range of motion, decreased pain and even minimize the appearance of cellulite!
What to Bring?
- Wear comfortable & quiet layered clothes to manage your body temperature that you can move easily in.
- Bring a yoga mat (or borrow a community mat)
- Water bottle (complimentary refill station available)
