Gentle Yin Yoga Stretch It's time to slow down, unwind and melt your stress away. Inspired by Yin Yoga, this practice is seated and laying down, allowing your body to relax into gentle yoga postures to stretch your stress away. This practice will ease your physical pain, create clarity of mind and promote emotional balance. You can expect to slip into a deep state of relaxation.
All of our practices end with LOVING TOUCH based on the instructor's comfortability & scope of practice. You can expect to receive 1 or all: gentle massage, positive energy / Reiki, compression and or bodywork with one of our custom therapeutic grade essential oil blends.
